Our platters are a range of wonderful and colourful designs, along with our signature range of personalised and fused image ranges.  Please contact us should you have a design or images you would like fused into your glass.

All of our dichroic glass and glassware is handmade with love by kiln-fusing several layers of glass together.  Dichroic glass  is difficult to photograph as it is a medium that changes appearance both in depth and colour through the use of lighting and the angle on which it is viewed.  As much as possible we only use natural light to do our photography.  We feel we have captured an accurate image of our glassware, however, we do recommend that you read the product description.

Each piece while it may appear similar to others are all unique and most cannot be replicated exactly.  We can make similar designs and the range with our fused photo images are easier to replicate.

Dichroic glass is glass containing multiple micro-layers of metals or oxides which give the glass dichroic optical properties. The main characteristic of dichroic glass is that it has a particular transmitted color and a completely different reflected color, as certain wavelengths of light either pass through or are reflected. This causes an array of color to be displayed. The colors shift depending on the angle of view. Dichroic glass is an example of thin-film optics.
